Mezz Cues Warranty Terms & Conditions

To protect your investment, Miki offers a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover problems resulting from warping or abuse.

If you experience a problem that you believe is covered under warranty, contact your nearest Miki authorized dealer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Miki warrants solely to the original purchaser of the Miki Product that the product purchased shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for as long as the product is owned by the original purchaser, and until the ownership of the product is transferred to another. This Limited Warranty does not apply to asserted defects of the Miki product resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear of product
  • Cosmetic blemish
  • Misuse, abuse or improper maintenance
  • Previous repairs to the product by a 3rd party
  • Modification to a product after initial shipment from Miki Co., Ltd.
  • Accidents or exposure to extreme temperature or humidity that causes permanent damage.

This Limited Warranty applies only to those products purchased from authorized dealers of Miki Co., Ltd.

LIMITATION ON OBLIGATIONS

The obligations of Miki hereunder are limited to repair or replacement of any product found to be defective under this Limited Lifetime Warranty. In no event shall Miki Co., Ltd. and Miki Dealers be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, of any nature, or kind or for damages to or loss of property. This Limited Lifetime Warranty is the sole warranty of Miki products and is given in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for purpose.

SOLE WARRANTY

This Limited Lifetime Warranty, as set forth herein, constitutes the entire warranty and representation of Miki Co., Ltd. Dealers with regard to its cues and shafts. This Limited Lifetime Warranty shall be controlling over any conflicting terms and conditions of any purchase orders, contracts or invoices that may be executed in connection with the purchase of the product. NO representation or warranty made by Miki employee, dealer or agent shall be binding upon Miki Co., Ltd. Dealers’ other than as set forth herein.

CLAIM PROCEDURES

Claims for warranty performance and service shall be made by contacting the Miki Dealer where the original Miki product was purchased. After evaluation of the situation, the purchaser must ship the product with prepaid insurance to the respective Miki Dealer, together with

  • evidence of original purchase;
  • a description of the asserted defect; and
  • the name; address and phone number of the original purchaser to whom the product is to be returned.

Please ship your cue or shaft to be repaired in a tube or in a triangle box. Avoid flat square boxes to prevent further damages due to package handling. We also recommend that you insure your package for the suggested retail value in case it is damaged during shipping.


For international customers, we strongly encourage buying your Miki products from a local Miki dealer for better and faster service. The International Warranty will be honored through your local Authorized Miki Distributor.
