The product has been examined by VDARTS staff, if the product cannot be used normally due to the design flaws, raw material defects, damages during assembly process, and other not man-made damages, customer will have the warranty of free maintenance and replacement service for 6 months starting from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover the following conditions
- Customer disassembles or repair products without instruction. Label of product number and tamper sticker are damaged.
- Normal wear and tear damage caused by external force, improper storage, damage caused by misuse and damage caused by modifying the original design are not warranted.
- Normal wear and tear of gifts (Such as Darts membership cards, manual.)
- Damage caused by using compatible components not provided from VDARTS.
- Damage caused by the natural disasters or man-made errors.
- Consumables (Such as exterior, charger, coin acceptor, bill validator.)
