We guarantee 3 years: The metal structure and springs against corrosion (excluding welding and screwing areas).
We guarantee 2 years:
The safety net.
The safety cushions.
Accessories (anchoring kits, protective cover).
The guarantee is limited to the supply of parts recognised as defective by our services and does not apply to deterioration caused by:
Normal wear and tear of the parts
Assembly that does not comply with the instructions included with each trampoline
Non-compliance with the instructions for use and safety in the manual
Lack of maintenance
The use of aggressive products for maintenance (no high pressure cleaner).
Stains of various origins (humidity, food, animal, unsuitable household products, etc.)
Damage resulting from a cause unrelated to the quality of the trampoline (e.g. falling objects, accidents, shocks, lightning, strong winds, etc.). See in our Notice

Orders for small items and accessories placed before 2:00 PM (GMT +7) are typically processed on the same day.
For pool tables and other large items, delivery can be arranged within 1–2 weeks after confirmation and deposit payment (for in-stock items).
We offer free delivery and professional installation within 100 km of our showrooms anywhere in Thailand.
For remote areas, a minimal delivery charge may apply, or delivery may be free if we can coordinate with another nearby shipment. Please contact us to confirm.
Foosball and Table Tennis Tables: For remote locations, if you prefer faster delivery, we offer cost-based door-to-door shipping via public transport. Items are boxed and require light assembly.
