• Orders for small items and accessories placed before 2:00 PM (GMT +7) are typically processed on the same day.
• For pool tables and other large items, delivery can be arranged within 1–2 weeks after confirmation and deposit payment (for in-stock items).
• We offer free delivery and professional installation within 100 km of our showrooms anywhere in Thailand.
• For remote areas, a minimal delivery charge may apply, or delivery may be free if we can coordinate with another nearby shipment. Please contact us to confirm.
• Foosball and Table Tennis Tables: For remote locations, if you prefer faster delivery, we offer cost-based door-to-door shipping via public transport. Items are boxed and require light assembly.
