Thailand Pool Tables uses the following carrier services which have been delivering trustworthy and reliable services;

1. Thailand Post - operates by local post on your side.

  • EMS: an Express Mail Service with estimated delivery 5-9 business days
  • Courier: an Express Service operates by DHL, with estimated delivery 5-9 business days
  • Airmail: A cheaper option than Express service, estimated delivery 14-25 business days.
  • ePACKET: ideal for small packages at cheaper price than Airmail, with package Length limits at 60cm (W+L+H < 90cm) and maximum weight at 2kg, estimated delivery 14-25 business days.

2. FedEx International - Recommend for high value items and if you prefer express service.

  • International Priority - estimated delivery 3-5 days
  • International Economy - estimated delivery 5-9 days

International shipments carry insurance coverage amounting to the package value that was declared but not exceeding the coverage as followings;

  • EMS: 7'000 THB
  • Airmail: 1'315 THB
  • ePACKET: 1'500 THB
  • Courier by DHL: 10'000 THB
  • FedEx: 100 USD


We are well experienced in international shipping by sea, under CIF or EXW terms with a reasonable fixed cost at 15'000 THB for shipment under 2cbm. This price does not include boxing, fumigating, which is at 8'000 THB extra.   • Shipping costs are calculated automatically once you enter your postal code and country upon check out. Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary overtime according to the number of items in the cart, and weight of items as well as country of destination. The shipping rates are automatically pulled from the available carrier services available for the country of destination, note that some carrier services are not available for some countries.
  • The prices quoted do not include customs handling fees, duties, or taxes that result when your merchandise is imported to your country. These vary according to each country’s import duties table as well as the type of product and value declared. Make yourself familiar with the import regulations of your country in order to get an idea on the taxes that will be applied.
  • All Prices (including shipping rates) are quoted in Thai Baht and are subject to change due to international currency fluctuation, increases from manufacturers, inflation, typographical errors, and other factors beyond our control. We make our best effort to inform you of these changes.


Your order will be processed and shipped on the day it is received at Thailand Pool Tables by 2:00 PM (GMT +7) Monday – Saturday. We try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible whether it be a drop ship, an upgrade, or other possibilities. We work diligently to get you what you need when you need it.

Thailand Pool Tables is not responsible for delivery refunds or credits when delays are caused by weather or other unforeseen events deemed inapplicable by the shipping company.


Delivery may take longer during local holidays because couriers will have limited operations, other certain conditions may cause the package to be delayed such as adverse weather conditions in your area, or in the route to your area. We will deliver the package as stated in our delivery agreement with the method you specify.


We will keep you informed of your order status as it makes its way through the order fulfillment process. The explanation of the various order status settings is explained below;


New Draft Order email: Your order has been received and awaiting for payment.

Payment Confirmation email: Your Draft Order is confirmed and will be processed.

Shipment email: Your order is dispatched and you can track its location by click on the Tracking Number link in the email

MY ACCOUNT - Order Status is available for orders placed under logged in account.

Pending 2C2P: Your order has been received and awaiting for payment.

Processing: Your Order is confirmed and is being processed.

Complete: Your order is dispatched and you can track its location by click on the Tracking Number link in the order history.


If an ordered product is on pre-orders, discontinued, or any other irregularity, we will let you know through email or telephone within one business day of placing your order.

In the event where any in stock item(s) is purchased together with the Pre-Order item(s), your order will only be dispatched after the Pre-Order item arrives otherwise top up of delivery charge is required. Delays or cancellation may occur due to an insufficient stock or an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a strike, natural disaster or delivery scans might be inaccurate.


A tracking number is provided with all international orders available in your order summary section, assisting you in knowing where is your package at any given time. Please, note that you will have to be present to accept the delivery of your international order. In the event that you are not present at the time of delivery, the package will be redirected to the nearest facility of the carrier service, another delivery shall be attempted or you might have to get in touch with the carrier service and in some cases pick up the package in person at their nearest facility.


We do our best to have your order checked and packed with protection, and double check before it's shipped out. In case of any shipping errors occur, please report damaged, defective, or malfunctioning merchandise immediately and no later than 5 business day of delivery.

DAMAGED GOODS - Please, carefully inspect your package when it arrives.

  • If an item appears to be damaged, do not attempt to use it and notify us immediately so that we can begin the claim process.
  • If any item is not working properly, please inform us immediately so that we can send a replacement. The carrier may wish to inspect the package before paying a claim.
  • If the package is damaged but the merchandise looks unaffected, note the damage on all delivery receipts before signing.
  • If the package is damaged to an extent, the merchandise may be damaged, refuse delivery and CONTACT US or call our Customer Service at +66 (0)81 823 4627


Please, note that we often deliver orders in multiple packages. However, if items are apparently missing from your order, please report it to us immediately so we can track packages and replace the shipment if necessary.


  • If an item is missing or a wrong item has been delivered due to our error, the problem will be corrected at our shipping expense. Thailand Pool Tables will be responsible for the pickup of the wrong item as well as the delivery of the correct item.
  • If you have inadvertently ordered the wrong item or wrong type due to customer error, the customer will be liable for shipping expenses and you will need to send an item back within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Stain colors shown onscreen image or finishes may vary. We do our best to depict them in detail. Moreover, it is almost impossible to get perfect match between on-screen color and traditional color palette of the custom item.


Most of our brands offer a standard manufacturer warranty. It does not apply, if

  • The item has been modified or repaired by any unauthorized service center or personal.
  • The defect was subject to abuse, improper use not conforming to product manual instructions, or environment conditions more severe than those specified in the manual and specification.
  • The defect was subject to Force Majeure, such as flood, lightning, earthquake, war, vandalism, theft, damage due to low voltage disturbances.

Please, note that the offering of free replacement service could vary by item, please check with us for further information. We will help you in any way possible with any warranty claim you might have.

If your product is not covered under warranty, Thailand Pool Tables may offer Repair Services under the customer’s payment. Any claim under this warranty is subject to the policy of the original brand manufacturer.


The customer is responsible for any additional duty, taxes, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax, and insurance for replacements.


The estimated dispatch dates are never guarantee unless explicitly agreed in writing. We will always do our very best to meet your deadline. But we cannot cancel or refund made-to-order items, nor accept return charges on other items unless we have promised in writing to meet.
