Bangkok, Thailand is set to host the sixth installment of the World Teqball Championships from November 29 to December 3, boasting a remarkable increase in both participant numbers and global representation.
The upcoming World Teqball Championships 2023 in Bangkok is witnessing an unprecedented surge, with 211 players—an all-time high—and an impressive 61 countries joining the event. This year's championship is also marking a new pinnacle with a record-breaking total of 404 matches. Notably, 126 matches, including two gala matches, will be live-streamed, with twenty-four of them receiving broadcast coverage. The global reach of the competition is highlighted by representation from every continent, extending beyond Australia and Oceania.
Adding to the excitement, Ronaldinho Gaúcho, esteemed as one of the greatest players in history, is scheduled to grace the Bangkok Arena on December 2 and 3. He will not only participate in a gala match but also engage in a meet-and-greet session with fans.
